By accessing or using the website at interiora.studio or engaging the services of Interiora Design Studio ("Interiora," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
Interiora provides professional interior design services including but not limited to residential design, commercial space design, interior styling, space planning, and 3D visualization. The scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a separate Project Agreement signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion and to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.
All design projects commence with a signed Project Agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and revision policies. The Project Agreement, together with these Terms, forms the complete agreement between Interiora and the client.
Unless otherwise specified in your Project Agreement:
All original design concepts, drawings, specifications, mood boards, 3D renders, and documentation created by Interiora are the intellectual property of Interiora until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered design materials for the intended project. Interiora retains the right to use project images and descriptions in our portfolio, press, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Clients may not resell, license, or use design concepts for other projects without prior written consent from Interiora.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive business information, project details, and personal data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interiora's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Interiora is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; contractor errors after our involvement has concluded; third-party product defects or delivery failures; or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate a Project Agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, NY, except where injunctive relief is required to protect proprietary rights.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients or prominently posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
